US News BBA in MIS Top15

The Fox School of Business Bachelor of Business Administration Major in Management Information Systems has moved into the Top 15  in the recently released 2014 U.S. News and World Report Best Undergraduate Business Programs – Business Specialties ranking. The Fox School’s Management Information Systems (MIS) program climbed three spots from No. 17 in the country to No. 14th. Overall, the Fox School’s undergraduate business program is ranked 58th in the nation. This is the third consecutive year that the BBA in MIS has made the U.S. News ranking and the third consecutive positive move up in the rankings!

The Top 15 status places the program in elite top 1% of all 1300 undergraduate MIS programs in the United States.

The ranking follows and continues the premier status of the Fox School’s Department of Management Information Systems, whose research output has been ranked No. 1 in the world in the 2012 update of the Association for Information Systems (AIS) publications survey. The department was ranked first for the period 2009-12, maintaining the leading position it has held for three years.

The Temple MIS Association for Information Systems (AIS) student chapter – the first ever – has been an Outstanding Chapter for three consecutive years and has earned first or second place in each of the categories it entered at the AIS international student-chapter competition.
